Attorney Coghlan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Coghlan is a proud graduate of the Cleveland Marshall School of Law and also attained a Masters in Business Administration from the same university.

Mr. Coghlan has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law. He was trained in a prestigious employment-based immigration law firm in the financial district of San Francisco and now focuses on deportation defense in all immigration venues such as the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Review (BIA) and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
